1Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and yt777 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the yt777 online gaming and sports betting platform available at https://yt777.cam and all associated services, applications and features.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gambling Policy and any additional rules applicable to specific games or promotions.

3Account Eligibility

4Account Registration & Security

Each individual may register only one Account on the yt777 platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number and country of residence. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly notify yt777 of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. yt777 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.

If you believe your Account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation, you must contact yt777 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. yt777 shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account.

5Deposits & Payments

All deposits to yt777 must be made using payment methods listed in the platform cashier at the time of deposit. Payment method availability varies. The following are referenced as familiar local payment options for Pakistani users: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and cryptocurrency options (BTC, USDT).

Important: The mention of any payment provider name does not imply endorsement, partnership, or official support for gambling by that provider. Availability, processing times and transaction limits are subject to change. Always check the cashier for currently active options.

6Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your real-money Account Balance subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before a withdrawal is processed.
• All applicable wagering requirements on active Bonus Funds must be fulfilled before real-money funds associated with those bonuses are eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. Where this is not possible, yt777 may request alternative withdrawal details.

7Bonuses & Promotions

yt777 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, cashback offers and other incentives ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms that will be stated on the relevant promotion page. The general bonus conditions set out below apply to all Promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. 9Prohibited Conduct

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account credentials.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or at any point during the Account lifecycle.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly authorised.
• Engaging in collusion, fraud, match-fixing, bonus abuse, arbitrage betting or any form of conduct designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit Platform features unfairly.
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction or using VPN, proxy or anonymisation tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt or compromise the integrity of the Platform, its servers or security systems.
• Depositing funds through a payment method not registered in your own name or using stolen payment credentials.

10Responsible Gambling

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, yt777 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any losses arising from interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform, including for technical maintenance, system upgrades or force-majeure events.
• Any losses arising from delays, errors or omissions in payment processing beyond the Platform's reasonable control.
• Any actions, content or services provided by third-party software providers, payment processors or data feed suppliers integrated into the Platform.

yt777's total aggregate liability to any individual Player, in connection with any single claim or series of related claims, shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the preceding thirty (30) calendar days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by yt777's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13Suspension & Termination

yt777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other applicable Platform policy.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, collusion or any other prohibited conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after being requested to do so.
• A change in applicable law or regulatory requirements that affects the Platform's ability to service the Account.
• Technical, security or integrity concerns requiring immediate Account action.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting yt777 support. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of Account closure (subject to verification and having met all applicable conditions) will be returned to you using a method determined by yt777. Any forfeited or invalidated bonus funds will not be returned.

14Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which yt777 holds its applicable international gaming license. This Agreement does not constitute a submission to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan or any other specific territory.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration or the dispute resolution mechanism provided under the applicable gaming license jurisdiction's regulations.

yt777 does not represent that these Terms comply with Pakistani law, and no Pakistani court is necessarily an appropriate venue for disputes arising from use of this Platform. You are advised to seek independent legal advice if you are uncertain about your rights and obligations.

15Amendments to These Terms

yt777 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via the email address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any posted changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you object to any changes to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request Account closure by contacting support.
